Starting from September 3, 2003 Central Telegraph introduces additional favorable time for the CENTEL cards for national and international calls.
Now the subscribers of Central Telegraph from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on working days can use additional favorable time and make national* and international calls over VoIP channels for lower rates.
* - This offer is applicable to all national and international destinations at the exception of the 1st national zone (the Moscow region, less than 100 km inclusively).
