On 27 August 2003, the JSC CenterTelecom Board of Directors specified the date for the placement of two million (2 000 000) documentary interest-bearing non-convertible bearer bonds costing RUR1000, which is 16 September 2003.

The bonds are placed at 100% of their par value. The price of the bonds to be acquired (redeemed) by the Company is fixed in the amount of 101.5% of the par value on the terms of irrevocable offer. The redemption period of the bonds issue is the 1095th day from its start. The period of repayment per the first coupon is the 183rd day from the bonds placement commencement. The interest rate per the first coupon will be determined by means of tender to be held among the potential buyers of the bonds on the first day of their primary placement.
