License ? 41037 of May 25, 2006 was issued for provision of packet telephony services in the Krasnodar and Stavropol territories; the Volgograd, Astrakhan, Rostov regions; Adygeia, Kalmykia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachaevo - Cherkessia, Severnaya Ossetia – Alania Republics.
