On August 1, 2006 Alexander Dobryakov was appointed the Deputy Director General of "UTK" PJSC - Director for Economics and Finance. Prior to the appointment she was General Director of LLC “Graft-Trading”.

Earlier, the office of the Deputy Director General of "UTK" PJSC for Economics and Finance was held by Irina Prokofieva. Now she works in “Svyazinvest” OJSC.

Alexander Dobryakov was born in 1972. In 1996 he graduated from the Saint Petersburg State Academy of Engineering and Economics named after P. Toliatti with a diploma of manager-economist.

In 1997-1998 he worked as the head of corporate finances group in IC CJSC “AVK”, Saint Petersburg. In 1998—2000 he was the Deputy Financial Director in CJSC “Farm Tamda 77”, Saint Petersburg. In 2000-2006 he was Financial Director, General Director, Business Adviser in LLC “Graft-Trading”, Saint Petersburg.
