During four months of 2016, employees of the Customer Service Center (CSC) in Orsk of Orenburgenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), accepted 44 requests for technological connection, out of them 20 requests from small business.
They also concluded 36 agreements for technological connection. Actually, the electric power was obtained by 37 new consumers. The total of 213 customers made requests to the CSC in arrears. Convenient location and working schedule help customers save their time.
Apart from technological connection, the Center also receives requests for replacement, sealing and verification of power meters, and preparation of technical documents to report the change in ownership. For the customers' convenience, the hall is equipped with a terminal where one can pay for the services rendered by the branch. Counseling services are rendered free of charge.
