The Automobile Plant has reached all indices of production plan for August 2003.
In August 19 019 vehicles: 9 602 trucks, 3 066 minibuses, 6 351 passenger cars were assembled on conveyors of Gorky Automobile Plant. It should be mentioned that compared to August, 2002 average growth of production volume of "GAZ" vehicles amounted to 15,4% : 18,2% -trucks, 11,9% - minibuses, 13,2% - passenger cars.
For the current month 1 220 assembly kits were manufactured (growth - 108,2%) to the amount 134 614 thousand rubles. Spare parts manufactured were worth 283 810 thousand rubles.
