Being collected from the aluminium company is indebtedness under the contract for provision of electric energy transmission services in February, 2012.
According to the court Web-site, the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Karelia sustained the claim of IDGC of the North-West, JSC for a debt for electric energy transmission services in an amount of 37.03 mln RUR from Siberian-Urals Aluminium Company, JSC (SUAL, Rusal asset).
Being collected from the aluminium company is indebtedness under the contract for provision of electric energy transmission services in February, 2012. Appointed for July 31 is a similar hearing in connection with a 72.85 mln RUR claim.
In the end of May the court satisfied the claim of IDGC of the North-West, JSC for a 34.25 mln RUR debt due for January, 2012 to be collected from SUAL.
