Severstal and the South Korean steel rolling plant are partners since 1994. Severstal sells an average of 30,000 tonnes a month to South Korea, of which 20,000 tonnes are purchased by Dongbu steel rolling plants for production of hot rolled metal sheets and sheets with zink coating, used in production of cars under Daewoo, Hyundai and Kia brand names.
   Several important decisions were made at the meeting. Two companies agreed to hold quarterly Coordinating Council's meetings for sales and technical units representatives, which are important to outline further sales plans.
