diversified holding company in Russia and the CIS, announces that, on April 22, 2015, its 100% owned subsidiary, Sistema Finance OJSC, acquired 27,800,000 of Sistema’s ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.3% of Sistema’s issued share capital, for approximately RUB 456 million. The shares were purchased for general corporate purposes, including the incentive programme for employees. As a result of this transaction, the number of Sistema shares held by Sistema Group will be approximately 2.5%[1]of Sistema’s total issued capital. The purchase was completed on April 24, 2015.
