Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) is taking part in the International Trade Fair for Coal Mining Technology, UGOL ROSSII & MINING 2019, in Novokuznetsk.

MMK is presenting a line of high-strength and wear-resistant steel manufactured under the MAGSTRONG brand at the exhibition. This type of steel is used to produce and repair construction, quarry and other speciality machinery, it is also used in loaded steel constructions, in the manufacture of the equipment for processing rocks, shaft sinking and other types of high-tech products.

MAGSTRONG steel has already allowed a large number of Russian mining holdings and companies specialising in the extraction of coal, copper, gold, potassium salts and phosphates, to completely replace imported analogues. The use of MAGSTRONG steel can significantly reduce the weight of products and provides a significant financial benefit. The MAGSTRONG steel is being actively used by large engineering companies for mineral processing, mining, road building and producing other equipment.
