Moscow, Russia – April 28, 2015 – Sistema JSFC (“Sistema”) (LSE: SSA), a publicly-traded diversified holding company in Russia and the CIS, today announces that it has signed an agreement with Ural-Invest LLC. In accordance with the terms of the agreement, Sistema will be entitled to receive an additional RUB 12.9 billion in cash assets and financial instruments for the recovery of damages from Ural-Invest LLS, suffered by Sistema as a result of loss of the Bashneft shares.
