For the contribution to the development and promotion of new technologies in the telecommunications and informatization field, JSC CenterTelecom has been awarded the diploma of the Russian Federation Minister for Communications and Informatization Mr. L.D. Reiman.

The projects being implemented by the Company within the framework of the "Electronic Russia" Federal Program quickened the interest of over eight thousand visitors of the Company's stand. Most of them were Russian and foreign specialists working in the telecommunications domain. The CenterTelecom managers held business talks with representatives of Lucent Technologies, NEC, Siemens, and of other biggest domestic and overseas telecommunications companies.

During the work of the Exhibition, a framework up-to-date equipment delivery agreement with a 2004-2005 term of operation was signed by JSC CenterTelecom with "Intracom", a Greek company, which is the biggest telecommunications systems manufacturer.
