AO MOSENERGO’s management has made the concession after negotiating with the managers of the automobile plant on April 23. AMO ZIL will redeem its debt, which amounts to 24,750,800 rubles before April 25, 2002. Otherwise a complete cut-off of the electricity supply to AMO ZIL from AO MOSENERGO’s feeders that was initially scheduled for April 23, will be carried out on Thursday, April 25.

As it was previously reported, AO MOSENERGO requires that its customers strictly abide by the terms of electricity supply agreements because it has no intention of continuing to supply power to highly indebted customers.
