OAO LUKOIL Press Service announces that Mr. Vagit Sharifov, former Vice President of the Ñompany, Head of the Main Division of Control and Internal Audit, has retired from his post.

Sergey Malyukov, previously holding the position of Head of the Securities Operations Department, has been appointed Head of the Main Division of Control and Internal Audit.
