On 30-31 August 2008 OJSC North-West Telecom held large-scale promotions for Avangard services in the Mega Parnas and Mega Dybenko shopping centres. Thousands of new subscribers became aware about the new price-plans. As a result the number of visits to the www.avangard-dsl.ru website and calls to the 057 technical support has more than doubled.
