Integrated annual reports are posted on the corporate websites of Rosseti Centre (the public name of IDGC of Centre, PJSC, the ticker - MRKC) and Rosseti Center and Volga Region (the public name of IDGC of Center and Volga Region, PJSC, the ticker - MRKP) for 2020. The documents were prepared in accordance with the international reporting standards GRI and contain information about the UN Sustainable Development Goals that the Companies adhere to in their activities, as well as a large amount of non-financial information, including ESG indicators (environmental, social and governance risks).

This year, the Companies continued to develop responsible business practices for preparing integrated reporting through the prism of ESG factors to enhance information transparency and increase their investment case, especially in the eyes of responsible investors. The reports include data on the strategic development of the Companies with reference to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The effectiveness of management systems is assessed in reports not only from the standpoint of financial and production indicators, but also using ESG indicators for the environmental and social aspects of the Companies’ activities. Particular attention in the reports is paid to the effectiveness of interaction with various groups of stakeholders, as this is the basis of the sustainable development system of the Companies.

The annual corporate report is one of the main tools for interaction with shareholders, investors and other groups of stakeholders, and also reflects the image of the Companies in the market.
