In the first half of 2011 the actual costs of JSC "IDGC North-West" to carry out the repair program totaled 575.3 million rubles. That 20.4% more than the same period last year. In order to minimize costs , 67.8% of work was done by their own resources.
The most important part of the cost structure was the repair of distribution networks and substations 35-220 kV. Totally, was repaired 2324 km overhead power lines 0.4 kV and 6-10 kV. For these operations was spent 189.4 million.
In addition, under the repair program for the first six months of the year in the branches of ” IDGC North-West” was repaired 878.5 kilometers of overhead lines with a voltage 35-150 kV, and 33.3 km of cable lines. Was completed a comprehensive renovation of nine substations 35-220 kV, were repaired 700 transformer substations.
During the  preparation for the autumn-winter period was increased the amount of forest corridors for overhead lines - for six months were expanded  3001.3 hectares of forest corridors for overhead lines  35-150 kV and 2087.4 hectares of forest corridors for overhead lines  0.4 – 20 kV
