Krasnodar, February 21, 2005 – Southern Telecommunications Company (“UTK”) (RTS: KUBN, KUBNP; OTC USA: STJSY), the principal fixed-line telecommunications provider for Russia’s Southern Federal District, reported that its shares had been included in RTS Quotation lists (Decision of the Russia FSFM of February 18, 2005). Common and preferred shares of "UTK" PJSC which had earlier been included in the List «Securities allowed for circulation but not included in quotation lists », were added to A2 Quotation List and B Quotation List accordingly. Compulsory condition of adding UTK’s shares to RTS quotation lists was compliance with structural, financial and other requirements of the stock exchange to securities.
