St. Petersburg, Russia – 15 April 2025 – PJSC LSR Group (“LSR” or the “Company”) (MOEX: LSRG), one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, announces its operating results for the I quarter of 2025.

Since the beginning of the year the Group has sold 146 th sqm of real estate. This equals to RUB 41 billion in monetary terms.

1Q 2025Highlights:

• New contract sales amounted to 146 th. sqm;

• In monetary terms the new contract sales were RUB 41 billion;

• Share of mortgage sales amounted to 46%, share of instalment sales was 42%.
