David Hexter, EBRD vice-president and departmental director for Russia and Central Asia, met with AO MOSENERGO during his most recent visit to Russia.

During the talks the two parties dwelled upon the restructuring of the Russian utilities sector and AO MOSENERGO's role in that process. They showed mutual interest in extending constructive cooperation. Also discussed were opportunities for joint implementation of capital construction projects in AO MOSENERGO, in particular, the commissioning of the second stage of Zagorsk GAES.
