Special attention was paid to the debt of guaranteeing supplier of the Vladimir region branch of JSC "IDGC of Centre and Volga region" - Vladimirenergo.

The debt of PJSC "vladimirenergosbyt" before the branch of JSC "IDGC of Centre and Volga region" - Vladimirenergo amounted to 1.5 billion roubles, including overdue - 980 million roubles. The basic guaranteeing supplier of electricity in Vladimir region "vladimirenergosbyt" has ceased to comply with the terms of the contract between it and network company in the region Vladimirenergo since February of this year. During this period, "vladimirenergosbyt" does not sign the acts of performed works and pay for services of electricity transmission network of the company. Taking into account the average monthly payment received by Vladimirenergo from "Vladimirenergosbyt" to the end of 2017 accounts receivable could increase to 4 billion rubles.

The situation became critical during the preparation of the electric grid facilities Vladimirenergo the beginning of the season repairs 2017-2018 and compromises as a reliable power supply of consumers and the financial stability of the company. The amount of debt today is actually comparable to the amount of investment and repair programs of grid in the enterprise. Recall that in total it is 1,5 billion rubles.

Timely payments of the supplier for the electricity supplied are a necessary condition of effective development of network infrastructure, the Vladimir region, and as a result of the economic and social well-being of the region and its inhabitants.

Vladimirenergo is using all possible legitimate ways of obtaining payment for services rendered on electricity transmission, including an appeal to the courts.
