Moscow, December 16, 2013– Pharmstandard OJSC (“Pharmstandard” or the “Company”), a leading pharmaceutical company in Russia, announces that it has filed today an application for the state registration of OTCPharm PJSC (“OTCPharm”) created through reorganization.
According to the law of Russian Federation, the application should be reviewed by a body which carries out state registration not later than 5 days from the date of filing.
