MOSCOW, Russia – December 15, 2011 – JSC SITRONICS (LSE: SITR) (SITRONICS), a leading provider of telecommunications, IT and microelectronic solutions in Russia and the CIS, today announces that SITRONICS’ ordinary shares have been listed on MICEX Stock Exchange (MICEX) and have been included into MICEX B-Level Quotation List.

SITRONICS’ ordinary shares will be removed from B-Level Quotation List of RTS Stock Exchange when OJSC RTS ceases to exist following its merger with CJSC MICEX. The expected date of the merger is December 19, 2011.
