The OJSC FETEC is implementing Bonus rate for cellular subscribers with federal numbers.

This new rate provides all incoming calls of all GSM and DAMPS Kamchatka operators free.

Incoming calls inside Kamchatka region network of the OJSC FETEC cost $ 0,15 (from 8 a.m. to 22 p.m.), $0,10 (from 22 p.m. to 8 a.m.) per minute with second rating starting from the first second.

Local incoming and outgoing calls cost $0,30(from 8 a.m. to 22 p.m.) and $0,20 (from 22 p.m. to 8 a.m.) per minute with second rating starting from the first second.

Monthly subscription fee for Bonus subscribers is $5 including free number identifier and 20 free sms.

Bonus rate connection will be free till January 31, 2004.
