The OJSC FETEC put into operation Sigma-SPb electronic ATX with 1000 number capacity in Zeya city on December 19, 2003. New exchange was installed in addition to exchange 100/2000 available with 2000 number capacity.

Sigma-SPb electronic ATX may be used for city, village, reference and transit, junction, central and private-branch exchanges as well as for centers of suburb communication.

ATX maintenance is automated and operated using remote control from maintenance center thus operation costs are significantly reduced. Sigma-SPb ATX may interact with all kinds of automatic exchanges and telephone sets.

Technical potential of the new ATX allows to expand capacity up to 25,000 numbers.
