Moscow, Russian Federation – Mobile TeleSystems OJSC (“MTS” – NYSE: MBT), the largest mobile phone operator in Russia and the CIS, announces that that its consolidated subscriber base reached 89.68 million users on November 30, 2008.
During November MTS’ consolidated subscriber base increased by 1.21 million subscribers with 0.91 million added in Russia.
