Moscow, 23 December 2003. RAO "UES of Russia" has named the winners of the Best Management Team Award for its subsidiaries and dependent companies (SDCs) for the year 2003:

• OAO "Bryanskenergo"(Category: Regional energos and Management Energy Companies with annual sales revenues from principal activity under RUB2,543 million);
• OAO "Tverenergo" (Category: Regional energos and Management Energy Companies with annual sales revenues from core activities RUB2,543 million – RUB5,086 million);
• OAO "Belgorodenergo" (Category: Regional energos and Management Energy Companies with annual sales revenues from core activities RUB5,086 million – RUB10,171 million);
• OAO Far-Eastern Energy Management Company (Category: Regional energos and Management Energy Companies with annual sales revenues from core activities over RUB10,171 million);
• OAO "Permskaya TPP" (Category: AO-TPPs);

OAO "Zeyskaya HPP" (Category: AO-HPPs).
