A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on March 26, at 3:00pm Moscow time. The meeting agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

• On the progress with and provisional results of the conclusion of long-term agreements for gas supply to Russian consumers over 2008 to 2012;
• On Gazprom’s strategy for liquefied natural gas (LNG) production and supply;
• On stock exchange trading in natural gas;
• On Gazprom’s development strategy for gas chemicals and processing facilities;
• On the creation of a venture fund for innovative technologies.
