The Board of Directors of RAO “UES of Russia” approved the adjusted Program of preparation and floatation of additional stocks of TGC-9.

The Board of Directors of RAO “UES of Russia” approved the adjusted Program of preparation and floatation of additional stocks of TGC-9 and commited representatives of RAO “UES of Russia” to vote for the appropriate decisions at stockholders meetings of TGC-9.

Assets from floatation of the emission of additional stocks of TGC-9 are planned to be directed to financing of investment projects within the limits of the program of reconstruction of existing and construction of new powers.

According to the decision of the Board of Directors of RAO “UES of Russia”, during the additional emission TGC-9 plans to float up to 3 673 132 973 944 equities with par of 0,003 RUR each (64,46% of the authorized capital stock of TGC-9 before floatation and 39,2% of the authorized capital stock of TGC-9 after floatation).

It is planned that floatation of additional stocks will be held by public subscription and reimbursed by cash assets.

The Board of Directors of RAO “UES of Russia” approved the alteration of the Market Share in the authorized capital stock of TGC-9 from 50,04% up to not less than 25% + 1 stock.
