“Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC ranked first per the results of VI All-Russian contest “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency 2006” in nomination “Professional Skill, Training and Retraining System”
The Company employs about 20 500 people: 23.5% with higher education, 51% with primary and secondary vocational education. Over 1500 employees frequent night and correspondence courses at higher and specialized secondary educational institutions. The average age of the employees – 40.4 years old, the young aging up to 30 constitute 25.9%.
Manpower is added mainly due to the young specialists trained at Vocational Lycees ? 44 and ? 62, Petrochemical College and Chemical-Engineering Institute as per the Contract with “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC. 586 graduates from the same were hired by the Company in 2006.
NKNK has established a streamlined system of manpower training, retraining and skill level raising intended for workers, engineers and executives. In 2006, the Company’s Training Centre licensed for 74 professions had 8446 people trained.
