Sergey Borisovich Artamonov,   previously chief executive of of St. Petersburg Information Company CJSC (SPiC), was appointed Director of the Call Service Center Management Department of North-West Telecom on February 5, 2007.

Mr. Artamonov started his career in the communications industry in 1997 as project manager for Telecominvest OJSC. From 1999 he was General Manager of St. Petersburg Information Company CJSC (SPiC).

During his years in the office several projects have been implemented, such as pay inquiry service, development and implementation of extra services on mobile communication operators' networks, establishment of a commercial Call Center, which was the first in St. Petersburg and North-Western Region, and dozens of turnkey Call Center projects for Megafon OJSC.
