A delegation of top managers of Templeton Russia Fund headed by Dr. Mark Mobius visited Krasnodar on 18 April 2003 and met with "UTK" PJSC General Director Vladimir Gorbachev. Vice-president of Templeton Russia Fund Grzegorz Konieczny and vice-president of Templeton Russia Fund, investment analyst Roman Filatov took part in the meeting.

After introducing the top managers of "UTK" PJSC to the members of the delegation the Company's General Director Vladimir Gorbachev told about the activity of the inter-regional telecom company in the south of Russia, in particular about its reorganization, share capital and share market, the Company's technical, economic and financial characteristics. During the meeting Dr. Mark Mobius familiarized himself with the presented materials and got irrefragable answers to all the emerging questions.
