JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the Company's Board of Directors held a meeting on June 27, 2014. *** The Board of Directors resolved to reappoint Evgeny Dod as Chairman of the Management Board of RusHydro for the next 5-year period, and authorized Mikhail Poluboyarinov, Chairman of the Board of Directors, to sign labor agreement with Evgeny Dod on behalf of the Company. *** The Board of Directors also considered positions of RusHydro (RusHydro’s representatives) on the agenda of the meeting of a governing body of the Company’s subsidiary (the item was qualified as confidential matter of the agenda).
