PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that on June 05, 2017 the Bank of Russia has registered the report on results of additional share issue of the Company (state registration number 1-01-55038-Å-042D from 07.12.2016).

The number of issued shares totaled 40,033,348,661 priced at RUB 1 per share. In total 40,033,348,661 shares have been placed, or 99.02% of the total number of shares issued. All shares have been paid for in cash. Actual start of placement (date of the first sale transaction) was December 22, 2016, actual close of placement (date of the last transaction) was March 06, 2017. The placement period expired on May 11, 2017.
