Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker
symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the Company's
Board of Directors held a meeting on June 21, 2019.

The Board of Directors took note of the report on
the course of construction works on Ust-Srednekanskaya HPP.
RusHydro have already commissioned three
hydropower units with total capacity of 310.5 MW. The project
completion requires replacement of temporary runners with regular
units of higher capacity and commissioning of the fourth power unit.
Completion of this phase of the project, planned for 2023, will bring
the plant to the boilerplate capacity of 570 MW. The degree, being
the second stage of Kolymsky cascade, is located 217 km downstream
from Kolymskaya HPP. The plant is being built in extreme conditions:
permafrost thickness in the region reaches 300 m and winter air
temperatures go down to minus 60 degrees centigrade.

the course of the management report on organization of internal
control and risk management and approved a number of relevant
internal documents, including:
Report on functioning and results of internal
evaluation of corporate internal control and risk-management system;
Policy in the field of internal evaluation of
corporate internal control and risk-management system of RusHydro
Group;
Risk-appetite methodology of RusHydro Group.
