The branch of Rosseti Volga - Ulyanovsk Grids (a member of IDGC of Volga, PJSC) successfully conducted the procedure of certification of electrical energy supplied from the branch's power centers, and received certificates of compliance with the requirements of GOST 32144-2013.
According to the results of testing the functioning of the electric power quality management system and measurement protocols for periodic monitoring of electric power quality, the company was issued certificates for a period of three years. These documents confirm that the electrical energy transmitted through the branch’s Grids from all 226 power centers subject to mandatory certification complies with the quality indicators and standards set by the interstate standard.
The branch Ulyanovsk Grids operates an accredited testing laboratory for quality control of electrical energy (Laboratory). This year, the Ulyanovsk Grids is scheduled to conduct the next procedure for confirming the competence of an accredited laboratory. The presence of accreditation gives the laboratory the right to conduct quality control of electrical energy on its own. The specialists of Rosseti Volga monitor the quality of electricity, calculate voltage losses, develop voltage graphs in the modes of the greatest and least loads in substations, carry out work on consumer requests. Constant monitoring allows timely to identificate the causes of deviations, develop and conduct measures for improving the quality of electricity supplied from the power centers of the Ulyanovsk Grids branch.
