Moscow, Russia – July 12, 2016 – Sistema JSFC (“Sistema” or “the Company”) (LSE: SSA, MOEX: AFKS), a publicly-traded diversified holding company operating primarily in Russia and the CIS, announces that Sergey Shishkin, Sistema Vice President, Head of Corporate Governance, has acquired 471,200 Sistema ordinary shares. The share of Sistema charter capital owned by Mr. Shishkin following the acquisition is 0.0204%.

The shares were acquired as part of the previously announced programme for senior management of the Company to participate in the share capital of Sistema, whereby heads of Sistema's functional subdivisions invest part of their total annual income in the Company's shares every year.
