SOGAZ Insurance Group will insure liability of members of ALROSA Supervisory Board and Executive Committee. The contract will be concluded for three years. The annual amount of insurance is USD 100 million.

The insurance contract was approved at the last Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC ALROSA. The insurance coverage will be valid from August 2016 till July 2019.

The insurance will cover damages caused to third parties resulting from omissions and negligent acts of insured officials in the course of management. Two insurance companies participated in the open tender.
