Expert jury of 15th “Company of the Year“ Award declared LSR Group as a winner in the category “Real Estate and Construction”. The jury evaluated revenue, housing completions and financial performance of construction companies in 2014. 

According to the results of LSR Group in 2014 the company reached historical record numbers since 1993. The company pre-sold 1,020 thousand sq. m. of real estate, the value of the contracts amounted to RUB 86 bn. In 2014 LSR Group commissioned 790 thousand sq. m. of housing. Revenue of LSR Group increased by 53% up to RUB 92.3 bn. Net debt decreased by 93% to RUB 2 bn.
