On 1 October 2003, the JSC CenterTelecom leadership held a meeting in the corporate headquarters with overseas banks and investment funds high-ranking officials representing L-R Global, Firebird, BAWAG, MC Trustco, with IK "Nikoil" functionaries also in attendance, for the purpose of introducing the Company to the international investors community.

On the CenterTelecom side, Messrs. Alexey A. Lokotkov - the First Deputy General Director and Finance Director, and Sergey V. Pridantsev - Deputy General Director and Commercial Director, as well as departmental directors of the Company took part in the convention.

The CenterTelecom top-managers made a presentation of the corporate operating results following the unification of the Company. A variety of matters comprising the Company growth forecast, JSC CenterTelecom and CJSC Rostelecom relationship, prospects of new telecom services development, revenue planning structure, et alia, were discussed within the framework of the meeting.
