LUKOIL has finished the restructuring of OOO LUKOIL-Tsentrnefteprodukt, an enterprise dealing in the retail and small wholesale of petroleum products, by separating from it the assets of ÎÎÎLUKOIL-Chernozemyenefteprodukt.
The new enterprise will now include the filling stations and bulk plants located in the Kaluga, Bryansk, Lipetsk, Ryazan, Tula and Orel Oblasts.
ÎÎÎLUKOIL-Tsentrnefteprodukt will continue to control the process of petroleum-product supply in Moscow and also in the Moscow, Tver and Smolensk Olbasts.
LUKOIL has also finished restructuring ÎÎÎLUKOIL-Nizhnevolzhsknefteprodukt by separating from it an OOO LUKOIL-Yugo-Zapadnefteprodukt which now incorporates assets of retail and small wholesale of petroleum products in the Voronezh, Belgorod, Kursk and Tambov Oblasts.
OOO LUKOIL-Nizhnevolzhsknefteprodukt will continue to control the filling stations and bulk plants located in the Volgograd, Rostov, Saratov, Astrakhan and Penza Oblasts.
The marketing enterprises of LUKOIL Group are restructured in order to optimize the management system and to enhance the operating efficiency of the Petroleum-Product-Supply Business Sector.
