OJSC North-West Telecom has won in the nomination The Best Annual Report in the Transport and Communication Industry at the 6th Annual Open Competition of Annual Reports of the Administration of Krasnodar Krai, that was held within the framework of the Sochi-2009 International Investment Forum.

The Administration of Krasnodar Krai with the participation of the Russian Institute of Directors (RID) and the Federal Service for Financial Markets (FSFR) were the Organizers of the Competition.

All in all, 79 companies took part in the competition. The jury of the competition consisted of representatives of the leading information and professional participants of the financial market of Russia, such as the RTS stock exchange , MICEX stock exchange , the Russian Institute of Directors , Expert RA Rating Agency, RCB Publishing House, KPMG Auditing Company, and representatives of the Administration of Krasnodar Krai. The interest shown in the competition by leading Russian companies makes it possible to consider it as one of the three most authoritative federal competitions of annual reports.

Besides, this year OJSC North-West Telecom showed good results in 2 nomination s at the Competition of Annual Reports and Corporate Web Sites organized by Euroland, the leading Swedish IR consultant. Companies of the telecommunication, financial, power engineering and air carriage sectors took part in the competition. The Annual Report of OJSC N.W.Telecom has won in the nomination s The Best Presentation of an Annual Report for 2008 at the Corporate Web Site of a Company and The Best Electronic Version of a Presentation Annual Report for 2008.
