On May 24, 2002, the annual general meeting of the shareholders of the JSC "Irkutsk Aviation Industrial Association" was held.

The following resolutions were adopted:

• approved were the annual balance, the annual accounting report. It was for the first time in several years that profit was generated. The proceeds of implementation increased by 31 per cent and made up 6'737 million Roubles;
• for the first time in the history of the enterprise, the resolution on payment of dividends was made. 7'910'518,75 Roubles were allocated for the purpose, which converted to 0,01 Roubles per share;
• new revision of the Charter of the JSC "IAIA" which was brought into compliance with the new release of the "Law on Stock Companies";
• new revisions of the following documents were adopted: "The Ruling on the General Meeting of Shareholders of the JSC "IAIA"", "The Ruling on the Board of Directors of the JSC "IAIA""; "The Ruling on the President of the JSC "IAIA"", "The Ruling on the Auditing Committee of the JSC "IAIA"";
• the "Code of Corporate Behavior" was adopted;
• Mr. Aleksei Fedorov was reelected the President of the JSC "IAIA";
• the new Board of Directors was elected, that listed:

Mr. Aleksander Veprev, Technical Director of the JSC "IAIA"

Mr. Vladimir Koval'kov, Director General of the JSC "IAIA"

Mr. Mikhail Korzhuev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Joint Design Bureau, Joint Stock Company "Russian Avionics"

Mr. Igor Kruglikov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Stock Merchant Bank "Interregional Investment Bank" "MIB"

Mr. Aleksei Fedorov, President of the JSC "IAIA";
