| The system will begin functioning this heating season. Water to heat buildings and installations will be warmed up in SR Plant heaters, which have been in mothballs. Thereby, Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc will reduce heating water delivery from Thermal Power Station.
 Installation of the new heat supply arrangement began this June. Within a short span of time, there were installed 6 high capacity pumps, about 6 km of pipes and a number of tanks. To-date, the system is practically completed: washed and being run in, and early October captive heating will be put on.
According to estimates, the new system will let save over RUR 38 MM in the coming heating season.
