On August 31, the President of OJSC OC Rosneft Sergey Bogdanchikov had a business trip to the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.
On coming to the town of Igarka Mr Bogdanchikov visited a number of service structural and social objects. After that he flew to the field support base of the Vankorsky deposit, and held an operations meeting there.
During the meeting the participants discussed the expected results of 2005 business-plan completion by Vankorneft LLC, which holds license for the Vankorsky field, as well as expected results of this year’s geological prospecting program and the 2006-2010 geological prospecting programs. Besides, the meeting discussed some main working principles of the field. Special attention was paid to providing necessary measures for commissioning the deposit in the third quarter of 2008.
After the meeting was completed, Mr Bogdanchikov started for the town of Gubkinsky (the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District), where the second large Rosneft’s oil-and-gas producing enterprise, OC Rosneft-Purneftegas OJSC, is situated.
There was a stuff meeting in the office of Purneftegas; the participants discussed the results of the 2005 business-schedule completion, as well as 2006-2010 business plans projects considering the decisions made at the recent meeting in Nefteyugansk. Besides, the meeting examined the expected results of 2005 geological prospecting and the perspective geological prospecting in 2006-2010.
After completing the business schedule, Mr Bogdanchikov started for Moscow on the same day.

The field support base is a complex of productive, administrative and housing objects, supplying the deposit development.
In particular, the Vankorsky field support base comprises a site for housing camp, an administrative building, a hotel, an apartments house, a cultural and sport complex, a dining-hall for 100 persons, fire emergency water containers, a fire fighting station, a heated open car park, a ground for transportation unit, a ground for support base, a ground for central warehouses, a ground for gasoline service station, and a fuels and lubricants base unit.
The Vankorsky field support base is to supply production drilling since 2006, as well as construction of a dwelling camp for 539 persons.
At the same time, the field support base creates necessary conditions for the Vankorsky region service structure development. |
