31 May 2018, the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of IDGC of Centre was held, at which the Company’s Annual Report was approved. The presentation version of the Annual Report for 2017 is posted on the corporate website of IDGC of Centre in the subsection "Annual Reports" of the section "Information Disclosure". The report includes the main economic and operational indicators of the company’s activities for 2017, factors of investment attractiveness and an accessible description of the main business processes. Particular attention in the Annual report is given to the strategy of grid digitalization and application of innovative technologies in the management of power grid facilities. The company’s efforts to continuously improve the system of corporate governance and bring it in line with the best Russian and international standards are reflected in the report.

In the subsection "Presentations and IR information" of the section "Investors and Shareholders" the presentation for the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company is posted. In addition to analyzing the results of the main activities, the presentation shows strategic goals and main objectives in connection with the transfer of the functions of the sole executive body of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region to IDGC of Centre.
