On May 30, 2002, AO MOSENERGO held its annual shareholder meeting to review and approve the results of 2001.
In accordance with the agenda, shareholders reviewed the annual report of the company, income statement and distribution of profits and losses of the Company.
According to the results of 2001, AO MOSENERGO shareholders have approved dividends on common shares amounting to 0,01831 rubles per one share to be paid in cash before July 30, 2002.

At its first meeting the new board of directors unanimously elected the following board positions: chairman-Anatoly Kopsov, deputy chairman-Andrei Vagner, and secretary-Yuri Goncharov.
In accordance with the agenda the annual shareholder meeting also elected 5 members of the AO MOSENERGO Review Committee and approved the auditor for the Company-OOO Firma Top-Audit. Shareholders also approved internal documents regulating procedures for corporate bodies.
