A Board of Directors’ meeting has been held in absentia.

The Board reelected Alexander Medvedev, Viktor Ilyushin, Vasily Podyuk, Kirill Seleznev and Konstantin Chuichenko to the posts of the Gazprom Management Committee Members for a five-year period starting from September 27, 2007.
