MMC Norilsk Nickel has informed the company's partners and clients about further steps for improvement of sales and distribution network outside Russia.

Within the improved system, Norilsk Nickel Europe Limited, registered in UK, will become the main sales and distribution company for Norilsk Nickel’s metals on the world markets.

Norilsk Nickel’s distribution network will also comprise several companies, located in Pittsburg (USA), Zug (Switzerland) and Hong Kong. New companies will promote the metal producer brand of Norilsk Nickel on the markets of America, Asia and Europe.

The expansion of geography of Norilsk Nickel’s sales and distribution network intends to enlarge the range of services, and create a more convenient system for current customers. At the same time, the expansion of the international sales and distribution network will create conditions needed for winning new customers.

Norimet, which is the main sales and distribution affiliate outside Russia, will, in due course, be managing a number of foreign assets owned by Norilsk Nickel Group, including its shareholding in Stillwater Mining Company.
