In accordance with the order of Ministry of energy of the Russian Federation, from 1 July 2017, the functions of the guaranteeing supplier (SE) of electricity in the territory of PJSC "Vladimir power retail company" (PJSC "vladimirenergosbyt") transferred to the branch of the PJSC "IDGC of Centre and Volga region" - Vladimirenergo. The reason was the decision of the Supervisory Council of Nonprofit partnership "market Council for organization of efficient system of wholesale and retail trade of electric energy and power" about deprivation of the status of subject of the wholesale market of the PJSC "vladimirenergosbyt" from June 22, 2017.

The transition functions of a guaranteeing supplier to Vladimirenergo not entail changes in electricity prices and the terms of existing contracts of electricity supply for natural and legal persons.

The cause of the deprivation "of Vladimirenergosbyt" status of GP is the accumulated debt to pay for the resource in the wholesale electricity market. At the moment it is about 1 billion rubles. In addition, the branch Vladimirenergo for services on transmission of electricity energy company has current debt of 1.49 billion.

Today, in order to perform the functions of a guaranteeing supplier of electricity, professionals of the branch Vladimirenergo carry out activities to create a full-fledged jobs, including preparations for the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and operational readings of metering devices of consumers of the region and the organizations we serve.
